Common use of Compliance with the Dairy Code Clause in Contracts

Compliance with the Dairy Code. This Agreement implements the required terms of the Dairy Code and to the extent there is any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Dairy Code, then the Dairy Code prevails. If any part or whole of one or more provisions of this Agreement are non- compliant with the Dairy Code, then any part or whole of one or more of those provisions will be severed from this Agreement and the validity, existence, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected, prejudiced or impaired.
