Compliance with the Indenture. The Company agrees that it shall comply with the provisions of the Indenture with respect to the Company and that the Company shall not interfere with the exercise of the power and authority granted to the Trustee in the Indenture. The Company further agrees to aid in the furnishing to the Issuer or the Trustee of any Opinion of Counsel that may be required under the Indenture.
