Compliance with the Indenture. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Pollution Control Corporation and the Company shall take all actions required by this Agreement and the Indenture in order to comply with any provisions of the Indenture requiring the mandatory redemption of Bonds.
