COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS AND PERMITTING. Each Party agrees that its performance under this Agreement shall comply with all applicable laws. Flextronics shall, at its expense, obtain and maintain all necessary permits and licenses required for the operation of its manufacturing facilities and processes.
