Compliance with the OMB Uniform Guidance Audit Requirements. Grant Funds will not be disbursed to any Subrecipients identified by the State Controller's Office (SCO) as non-compliant with the Federal Single Audit Act, as described in the OMB Uniform Guidance and 2 CFR Part 200 Sub-Part F. No funds may be disbursed until compliance with the Uniform Guidance is demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Department.
