Common use of Compliance with the Shareholders' Agreement Clause in Contracts

Compliance with the Shareholders' Agreement. Wherever this constitution refers to a matter that requires or contemplates compliance with the provisions of the Shareholders' Agreement, a person who is not a party to that agreement may rely conclusively on a document signed by a Director stating that there has been such compliance.
