The provisions of subsections 2.06(c), (d) and (g), notwithstanding, WII's execution and performance of its covenants and obligations under the Transaction Agreements and under any similar documents executed in connection with one or more other owner trust transactions as to which Financial Security has issued one or more insurance policy similar to the Policies shall not require the prior written consent of Financial Security and shall not be deemed to impair the rights of WII under this Agreement or the other Transaction Agreements.
