Common use of Compliance with Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Transaction Documents. Seller shall observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions and covenants required to be observed, performed or satisfied by it, and shall pay when due all costs, fees and expenses required to be paid by it, under the Transaction Documents. Seller shall cause the Guarantor to at all times comply with the terms and conditions of the Guaranty, including without limitation, any financial covenants contained therein. Seller shall be solely responsible for the fees and expenses of Custodian, Account Bank, and Servicer.
