Notwithstanding any provisions in this Receipt or the Deposit Agreement to the contrary, the Company and the Depositary have each agreed that neither of them will exercise any rights either of them may have under the Deposit Agreement or the Receipt to prevent the withdrawal or delivery of Deposited Securities in a manner which would violate the United States securities laws, including, but not limited to Section I A(1) of the General Instructions to the Form F-6 Registration Statement, as amended from time to time, under the Securities Act of 1933.
