Compliance with Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. There is and has been no failure on the part of the Company and any of the Company’s trustees or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply with Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Section 402 relating to loans and there is and has been no material failure on the part of the Company and any of the Company’s trustees or officers, in their capacities as such to comply with Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Sections 302 and 906 relating to certifications.
