The Allottee, if resident outside India, shall be solely responsible for complying with the necessary formalities aslaiddowninForeignExchangeManagementAct,1999,ReserveBankofIndiaActandRulesandRegulationsmadethereu nderoranystatutoryamendment(s)modification(s)madethereofandallotherapplicablelawsincludingthatof remittance of payment acquisition/sale/transfer of immovable properties in India etc. and provide the Promoterwith such permission, approvals which would enable the Promoter to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.Any refund, transfer of security, if provided in terms of the Agreement shall be made in accordance with theprovisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or statutory enactments or amendments thereof and theRules and Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India or any other applicable law. The Allottee understands andagreesthatintheeventofanyfailureonhis/herparttocomplywiththeapplicableguidelinesissuedbytheReserveBank of India, he/she shall be liable for any action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or otherlawsasapplicable,asamendedfromtimetotime. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in this regard. The Allottee shall keep the Promoter fully indemnified andharmless in this regard. Whenever there is any change in the residential status of the Allottee subsequent to thesigning of this Agreement, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Allottee to intimate the same in writing to thePromoter immediately and comply with necessary formalities if any under the applicable laws. The Promoter shallnot be responsible towards any third party making payment/remittances on behalf of any Allottee and such thirdpartyshallnothaveanyrightintheapplication/allotmentofthesaidapartmentappliedforhereininanywayandtheProm otershallbeissuingthepaymentreceiptsinfavouroftheAllotteeonly.

The Allottee Allottee/s understands andagreesthatintheeventofanyfailureonhis/herparttocomplywiththeapplicableguidelinesissuedbytheReserveBank herparttocomplywiththeapplicableguideline sissuedbytheReserveBank of India, he/she shall be liable for any action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or otherlawsasapplicable,asamendedfromtimetotime. The Vendors/Promoter accepts no responsibility in this regard. The Allottee Allottee/s shall keep the Vendors/Promoter fully indemnified andharmless in this regard. Whenever there is any change in the residential status of the Allottee Allottee/s subsequent to thesigning of this Agreement, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Allottee Allottee/s to intimate the same in writing to thePromoter theVendors/Promoter immediately and comply with necessary formalities if any under the applicable laws. The Vendors/Promoter shallnot be responsible towards any third party making payment/remittances on behalf of any Allottee Allottee/s and such thirdpartyshallnothaveanyrightintheapplication/allotmentofthesaidapartmentappliedforhereininanywayandtheProm otershallbeissuingthepaymentreceiptsinfavouroftheAllotteeonlyallotmentofthesaidapartmentappliedfor hereininanywayandtheVendors/Promoter shallbeissuingthepaymentreceiptsinfavouroftheAllottee/sonly.

Any refund, transfer of security, if provided in terms of the Agreement shall be made in accordance with theprovisions the provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or statutory enactments or amendments thereof and theRules the Rules and Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India or any other applicable law. The Allottee understands andagreesthatintheeventofanyfailureonhisand agreesthatintheeventofanyfailureonhis/herparttocomplywiththeapplicableguidelinesissuedbytheReserveBank herparttocomplywiththeapplicableguidelinesiss uedbytheReserve Bank of India, he/she shall be liable for any action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or otherlawsasapplicable,asamendedfromtimetotime. other laws as applicable, as amended from time totime.The Promoter Promoter/Owner accepts no responsibility in this regard. The Allottee shall keep the Promoter Promoter/Owner fully indemnified andharmless and harmless in this regard. Whenever there is any change in the residential status of the Allottee subsequent to thesigning the signing of this Agreement, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Allottee to intimate the same in writing to thePromoter the Promoter/Owner immediately and comply with necessary formalities if any under the applicable laws. The Promoter shallnot Promoter/Owner shall not be responsible towards any third party making payment/remittances on behalf of any Allottee and such thirdpartyshallnothaveanyrightintheapplicationthird partyshallnothaveanyrightintheapplication/allotmentofthesaidapartmentappliedforhereininanywayandtheProm otershallbeissuingthepaymentreceiptsinfavouroftheAllotteeonlyallotmentofthesaidapartmentappliedforherei ninanywayandthe Promoter/Owner shall be issuing the payment receipts in favour of the Allotteeonly. Contd. to next sheet 4. ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATIONOFPAYMENTS TheAllotteeauthorizesthePromoter/Ownertoadjust/appropriateallpaymentsmadebyhim/ herunderanyhead(s)ofdues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter/Owner may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter/Owner to adjust his payments in anymanner.

The AllotteeTheAllottee,ifresidentoutsideIndia,shallbesoleresponsible forcomplyingwiththe necessaryformalitiesaslaiddowninForeignExchangeManagement Act,1999, if resident outside IndiaReserveBank of India act, shall be solely responsible for complying with 1934 and the necessary formalities aslaiddowninForeignExchangeManagementAct,1999,ReserveBankofIndiaActandRulesandRegulationsmadethereu nderoranystatutoryamendment(s)modification(s)madethereofandallotherapplicablelawsincludingthatof Rules and Regulations made there under or any statutory amendments/modification(s)madethereofandallotherapplicablelawsincludingthatof remittance of payment acquisition/sale/sale/ transfer of immovable properties in India etc. and provide the Promoterwith Developer with such permission, approvals which would enable the Promoter Developer to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.. Any refund, transfer of security, if provided in terms of the Agreement shall be he made in accordance with theprovisions the provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or the statutory enactments or amendments thereof and theRules the Rules and Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India or any other applicable law. The Allottee understands andagreesthatintheeventofanyfailureonhisand agrees that in the event of any failure on his/herparttocomplywiththeapplicableguidelinesissuedbytheReserveBank of India, her part to comply with the applicableguidelinesissued bytheReserveBankofIndia,he/she shall be liable for any action shemaybeliableforanyaction under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or otherlawsasapplicable,asamendedfromtimetotimeother laws as applicable, as amended from time totime. The Promoter Developer accepts no responsibility in this regard. regard to matters specified in para 3.1 above, The Allottee shall keep the Promoter Developer fully indemnified andharmless and harmless in this regard. Whenever there is any change in the residential status of the Allottee subsequent to thesigning the signing of this Agreement, it . It shall be the sole responsibility of the Allottee to intimate the same in writing to thePromoter the Developer immediately and comply with necessary formalities if any under the applicable laws. The Promoter shallnot Developer shall not be responsible towards any third party making payment/remittances on behalf of any Allottee and such thirdpartyshallnothaveanyrightintheapplicationthird party shall not haveany right in the application/allotmentofthesaidapartmentappliedforhereininanywayandtheProm otershallbeissuingthepaymentreceiptsinfavouroftheAllotteeonly.allotment of the said apartment applied for herein in any way and the Developer shall be issuing the payment receipts in favour of the Allottee only. The purchasers hereby agrees that the owner/vendor shall have full and absolute right without any interference to develop further and other Phases of XXXXXXX AQUA VIEW on the adjacent land which may either be acquired by the Developeror suitable arrangements with regard thereto may be entered into by the Developer and It shall be independent and a right secured with the Vendors to enlarge and/or extend and/or expand the said project and construct additional blocks in the adjoining land that may be acquired subsequently by the Vendors, the purchasers(s) in that event shall raise no objection in any manner whatsoever and shall co-operate with the Vendors and the vendors shall every right to open an access for ingress and egress to the adjoining land in future and the purchasers has no objection in any manners. The Developerand the Occupiers of units at other phases of XXXXXXX AQUA VIEW shall have the right to use the approach road and other common areas and facilities comprised the entire project, for which the purchasersshall not raise any objection of whatsoever nature and waives the right to raise any such objection
