Complimentary Suites and Usage. (i) The Knicks shall have the exclusive right to use without payment of a fee or other consideration one (1) Event Level Suite and associated tickets for each Knicks Event. Such suite shall be what is currently designated Event Level Suite 20, or another Event Level Suite as designated by Licensor, subject to Team’s approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
