Complimentary Suites and Usage. (i) The Rangers shall have the right to use without payment of a license fee one (1) Event Level Suite or a comparable suite product for each Rangers Event. Licensor shall determine the location of such Suite based on availability and sales levels and prospects, provided that the Rangers shall initially be permitted to use what is currently designated Event Level Suite 20.
