Comply with All Laws. The Borrower will during the term of this Agreement comply with all laws relating to the Collateral or the use or possession thereof and will: (a) Not allow any unlicensed person to use the Collateral; (b) If a vehicle ensure that the Collateral has a current warrant of fitness at all times; and (c) Complete all registrations and pay all licence fees in connection with the Collateral.
