Comply with Covenants and Laws. Comply, in all material respects, with all applicable covenants and restrictions of record and all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations and keep the Facility and the Property in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act and regulations promulgated thereunder, and laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to zoning, health, building codes, setback requirements, Medicaid and Medicare laws and keep the Permits for the Facility in full force and effect.
