Common use of Comply with Environmental Laws Clause in Contracts

Comply with Environmental Laws. Each Credit Party shall own, operate and manage its business and the Mining Properties in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including Environmental Laws, and each Credit Party shall, and shall cause its agents and third party contractors to, (i) manage and operate the Mining Properties and the Business in compliance with all Environmental Laws, (ii) maintain all Authorizations and make all registrations required under all Environmental Laws in relation to the Mining Properties and the Business and remain in compliance therewith, (iii) store, treat, transport, generate, otherwise handle and dispose of all Hazardous Materials and Waste owned, managed or controlled by any of the Credit Parties in compliance with all Environmental Laws, and (iv) comply with all recommendations contained in any environmental impact assessment.

Comply with Environmental Laws. Each Credit Party shall own, operate and manage its business and the Mining Properties in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including Environmental Laws, and each Credit Party shall, and shall cause its agents and third party contractors to, will: (i) manage and operate the Mining Properties its business assets and the Business business affairs in material compliance with all Environmental Laws, environmental laws; (ii) obtain and maintain all Authorizations authorizations and make all material registrations required under all Environmental Laws environmental laws in relation to the Mining Properties its business assets and the Business business affairs and remain in compliance therewith, ; and (iii) store, treat, transport, generate, otherwise handle and dispose of all Hazardous Materials hazardous materials and Waste waste owned, managed or controlled by any of the Credit Parties it in material compliance with all Environmental Laws, and (iv) comply with all recommendations contained in any environmental impact assessmentlaws.
