Comply with Rules and Regulations. The Tenant agrees that the rules and regulations as shall from time to time be made by the Landlord and communicated to the Tenant in writing shall be observed and performed by the Tenant and its agents, clerks, servants or employees and all such rules and regulations now in force or hereafter put in force and shall be read as forming part of the terms and conditions of this Lease.
