Common use of Complying with the Loan Documents and Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Complying with the Loan Documents and Other Documents. The Borrower shall comply with and perform all of its agreements and obligations under the Loan Documents and under all other contracts and agreements to which the Borrower is a party relating to the ownership, occupancy, use, development, construction or management of the Project, and shall comply with all requests by the Lender which are consistent with the terms thereof.

The Borrower shall promptly and faithfully comply with and perform all of its covenants, agreements and obligations under the Loan Documents Documents, under the Leases, and under all other contracts and agreements to which the Borrower is a party relating to the ownership, occupancy, use, development, construction or management of the ProjectProject to the extent the failure to do so is likely to result in a material adverse change, and shall comply with all requests by the Lender which are consistent with the terms thereof.
