Common use of Component Principal Balance Clause in Contracts

Component Principal Balance. The Component Principal Balance for Component A-7-1 shall be referred to as the "Component A-7-1 Principal Balance", the Component Principal Balance for Component A-7-4 shall be referred to as the "Component A-7-4 Principal Balance" and the Component Principal Balance for Component A-7-6 shall be referred to as the "Component A-7-6 Principal Balance." The Component Principal Balance of the Interest Only Components shall be zero.

Component Principal Balance. The Component Principal Balance for Component A-7A-5-1 shall be referred to as the "Component A-7A-5-1 Principal Balance", the Component Principal Balance for Component A-7A-5-4 shall be referred to as the "Component A-7A-5-4 Principal Balance" and the Component Principal Balance for Component A-7A-5-6 shall be referred to as the "Component A-7A-5-6 Principal Balance." The Component Principal Balance of the Interest Only Components shall be zero.
