Common use of Components of Asset Interest Clause in Contracts

Components of Asset Interest. On any date the Asset Interest will represent Administrator's (for the benefit of Purchasers) combined undivided percentage ownership interest in (i) all then outstanding Pool Receivables, (ii) all Related Security with respect to such Pool Receivables, (iii) all of Seller's right and claims under the Purchase Agreement, (iv) all lock-boxes and lock-box or collection accounts into which Collections of Pool Receivables are or may be deposited, and all funds and investments therein, (v) all Collections with respect to, and other proceeds of, the foregoing and (vi) all books and records (including computer disks, tapes and software) evidencing or relating to any of the foregoing, in each case, whether now owned by Seller or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located (all of the foregoing, collectively referred to as "Pool Assets").
