Components of Transportation Charge for Costs Incurred Prior to the Billing Transition Date. The Transportation Charge for costs Incurred Prior to the Billing Transition Date shall consist of a capital component; a minimum operation, maintenance, power, and replacement component; and a variable operation, maintenance and power component, as these components are defined in and determined under Articles 24(a) and (c), 25, and 26, respectively.
