COMPOSITION AND OFFICE. 11.2.1.1 There shall be a Board of Trustees of the ASSOCIATION which shall consist of no less than 3 (three) and not more than 5 (five) persons, the exact number to be determined from time to time at a Meeting of the ASSOCIATION of which 3 (three) persons shall be nominated by the Developer as stipulated by and under the conditions of the attached appendix.
