COMPOSITION AND OFFICE. 11.2.1.1 There shall be a Board of Trustees of the ASSOCIATION which shall consist of no less than 3 (three) and not more than 5 (five) persons, the exact number to be determined from time to time at a Meeting of the ASSOCIATION of which 3 (three) persons shall be nominated by the Developer as stipulated by and under the conditions of the attached appendix. 11.2.1.2 A Trustee shall be an individual, but need not himself be a Member of the ASSOCIATION, provided that a majority of Trustees shall be Members. A Trustee however, by accepting his appointment to office, shall have to agree to be bound by all the provisions of this Constitution. 11.2.1.3 The nomination of a new trustee shall be done by a Member on a nomination form, which must be delivered to the Office of the ASSOCIATON, duly completed, at least 21 (twenty-one) days before a General Meeting or Special
