Common use of Compound Commitments Clause in Contracts

Compound Commitments. 2.3.1. Company agrees to Manufacture and supply the Company Compound for purposes of the Study in accordance with Article 8, and Company hereby represents and warrants to Merck that, at the time of Delivery of the Company Compound, such Company Compound shall have been Manufactured and supplied in compliance with: (a) the Specifications for the Company Compound; (b) the Clinical Quality Agreement; and (c) all Applicable Law, including cGMP and health, safety and environmental protections.
