Compounds Provided. The Parties acknowledge that there is no warranty that any Compound provided under this Agreement by either Party may be useable in humans and are to be used in humans.
Compounds Provided. Compounds and Hits provided under this Agreement by either Party are not useable in humans and are not to be used in humans unless and until such compounds meet all applicable requirements for such use.
