Common use of Comprehensive General Liability and Professional Liability Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive General Liability and Professional Liability. University shall carry a Comprehensive General Liability policy, including coverage for incidental contracts, Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) insurance with limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage in a form mutually acceptable to both Parties to protect University and District against liability or claims of liability which may arise out of this Agreement. University agrees to name District, District’s Board of Education, its officers, agents and employees as Additional Insured under the general liability policy.

University agrees to name District, College of the Canyons Foundation, District’s 's Board of Education, its officers, agents and employees as Additional Insured under the general liability policy.

University agrees to name District, District’s Board of Education, its officers, agents and employees as Additional Insured under the general liability policy.
