Common use of Comprehensive General Liability and Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive General Liability and Property Insurance. Company shall procure and maintain during the Term of this Agreement comprehensive general liability insurance covering its activities relating to Facility and property insurance covering the Facility. The comprehensive general liability insurance maintained hereunder shall be in amounts deemed sufficient by Company to protect against risks and losses associated with the operations of Facility.
