Common use of Comprehensive General Liability, Etc Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive General Liability, Etc. Procure and keep in force policies of insurance with respect to the Indemnifications given except for third party patents, products to be provided, and services to be performed by United under this Agreement, as follows: (A) Comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) combined single limit coverage; (B) Products liability insurance in an amount not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) combined single limit coverage; (C) Advertisers liability insurance in an amount of not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000); and (D) Automobile liability insurance in an amount of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000).
