Comprehensive General Public Liability Insurance. Borrower shall maintain Comprehensive General Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance covering the Real Estate with combined single limits for bodily injury, property damage and personal injury of at least Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per accident or occurrence. In addition, Borrower shall maintain a $10,000,000.00 umbrella policy for Comprehensive General Public Liability and Property Damage.
