Comprehensive Services. A component of planned School Readiness services to support positive early childhood development by providing an array of services in the areas of family involvement, prevention of abuse and neglect, behavioral health intervention, physical health and nutrition services, as well as access and linkages to community resources.
Comprehensive Services. When two or more services are submitted and the services are considered part of the same service to one another, Delta Dental will pay the most comprehensive service (the service that includes the other non-benefited service) as determined by Delta Dental. You are not covered for services or supplies to correct congenital deformities, such as a cleft palate. You are not covered for services or supplies used for the controlled release of therapeutic agents into diseased crevices around your teeth. You are not covered for services or supplies which have the primary purpose of improving the appearance of your teeth, rather than restoring or improving dental form or function. You are not covered for crowns that are not meant to restore form and function of a tooth, including crowns placed for the primary purpose of periodontal splinting, cosmetics, altering vertical dimension, restoring your bite (occlusion), or restoring a tooth due to allergies, attrition, abrasion, erosion and abfraction. Crowns placed on anterior teeth for endodontic purposes only are not a covered benefit. You are not covered for desensitization materials or their application. Diet planning or training in oral hygiene or preventive care.
Comprehensive Services. Offering Contractor shall provide the comprehensive range of services for which a price is established in the Pricing Document for ordering by Eligible Agencies, and Co-Op Buyers if co-op buying applies.

Comprehensive Services. Genzyme shall be responsible and have sole authority for seeking, obtaining and maintaining Marketing Authorization for the Test in each Country in the Comprehensive Services Territory in accordance with the then current Annual Commercial Plan. Such activities shall be at Genzyme’s sole cost and expense. Veracyte shall provide such assistance as may be reasonably required for the purpose of seeking, obtaining and maintaining Marketing Authorization for the Test in any Country in the Comprehensive Services Territory, subject to the availability of such resources.
Comprehensive Services. Verizon Facilities Based Local Service provides all the features and functionality the Government has come to expect from a world-class provider of local and long distance services. Be it local circuits to connect to Agency PBX or hybrid systems, or ISDN-PRI trunks to facilitate delivery of videoconferencing and Internet service, Verizon Local provides the last and most critical mile of network connection: local dial tone service. Verizon’s CS will provide facilities-based digital service to many areas of 39 states, including Washington, DC. The local service delivery method for each Agency site will depend on its location relative to the Verizon SONET Ring as determined by Verizon. Provisioning options include on-ring/lit building or off-ring/non-lit building configurations. Verizon’s proposed CS solution is fully compliant with all requirements for all services provided, and is not intended to imply that we are imposing conditions on compliance with CS requirements and hereby confirm that we do not in any way limit full compliance with the CS requirements in Section C.2.6.1.1.2 of the RFP. · Reliable Local Service. Verizon’s CS will carry calls that begin and end within an SDP’s local calling area. Verizon understands that no communications solution is complete without reliable local service—an essential part of our CS solution. With over a decade of Local Service expertise, Verizon offers all the features and functionality our customers have come to expect from a premier service provider.
Comprehensive Services. Genzyme shall have the right to establish and modify (in its sole right and responsibility) terms and conditions regarding the sale and provision of the Test in each Country in the Comprehensive Services Territory, including the price of the Test will be sold, any discounts offered or applied, the availability of the Test, and contracting; provided, however, that all matters relating to pricing of the Test will be discussed by the Steering Committee and Veracyte’s input will be reasonably considered by Genzyme.
Comprehensive Services. Expect as otherwise provided in Exhibit A, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, Genzyme and its Affiliates shall book all sales of the Test in the Comprehensive Services Territory and shall be responsible for the billing, invoicing, claims submissions, and collection of receivables and amounts due resulting from the sales of the Test in the Comprehensive Services Territory (collectively, “CS Collection Activities”), and such activities shall be at Genzyme’s cost and expense. Genzyme and its Affiliates shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts in performing the CS Collection Activities. Veracyte shall provide reasonable support and assistance to Genzyme as requested by Genzyme (including if Genzyme and its Affiliates are prohibited from performing CS Collection Activities in a particular Country under applicable laws and regulations) at Genzyme’s cost and expense, subject to the availability of such resources.
Comprehensive Services. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and subject to Veracyte’s retained rights under Section 2.1.3, Veracyte hereby grants to Genzyme and its Affiliates (to the extent such Affiliates are promoting, marketing, detailing and selling the Test hereunder), on an exclusive (even as to Veracyte) basis in the Comprehensive Services Territory, the right and license under the Veracyte Intellectual Property to promote, market, detail, sell, offer for sale the Test and to sell, offer for sale and import the Collection Kits in the Comprehensive Services Territory during the Term and to conduct its obligations under this Agreement as permitted under and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Comprehensive Services. China Telecommunications Corporation provides comprehensive services to the Company, including the procurement of telecommunications equipment such as optic fibers, network designs, software upgrade, system integration, manufacture of calling cards and so on. The Company and China Telecommunications Corporation entered into the Comprehensive Services Framework Agreement on 13 April 2004, which was renewed on 15 December 2005. The Comprehensive Services Framework Agreement has a term expiring on 31 December 2006, which can be renewed for further periods of one year unless terminated by either party with at least three months’ written notification to the other party. For the two years ended 31 December 2005 and the seven months ended 31 July 2006, the charges for such services the Company paid to China Telecommunications Corporation were approximately RMB348 million, RMB425 million and RMB333 million (unaudited), respectively.
