Compromise Claims. To pay, settle or compromise all bills and claims then existing or thereafter arising against Mortgagor, which Mortgagee, in its discretion, deems proper for the protection or clearance of title to the Site or Personal Property, or for the protection of Mortgagee’s interests with respect thereto.
