Common use of Compromise of Actions, etc Clause in Contracts

Compromise of Actions, etc. Any action, suit or proceeding brought by the Mortgagee pursuant to any of the terms of this Mortgage, the Credit Agreement, any other Loan Document, or otherwise, and any claim made by the Mortgagee hereunder or thereunder, may be compromised, withdrawn or otherwise dealt with by the Mortgagee without any notice to or approval of the Mortgagor.
