Common use of COMPTROLLER'S APPROVAL Clause in Contracts

COMPTROLLER'S APPROVAL. (a) In accordance with Section 112 of the State Finance Law and Section 373 of the Education Law, the State Comptroller’s approval is required for the following contracts: (i) goods, services, construction and construction-related services which exceed $75,000 and (ii) purchases utilizing an Office of General Services centralized contract which exceed $200,000;

(a) In accordance with Section 112 of the State Finance Law and Section 373 355 of the Education Law, the State Comptroller’s approval is required for the following contracts: (i) goods, services, construction construction, and construction-construction- related services which exceed for State University hospital or healthcare facilities valued at $75,000 and 150,000 or more; (ii) purchases utilizing an Office of General Services (OGS) centralized contract which exceed valued at $200,000200,000 or more (iii) goods, services, construction, and construction-related services not described in (i) or (ii) and valued at $75,000 or more;
