Compulsory Disclosures. Except as expressly prohibited by court order, if Employee is requested or required by law, rule, regulation or judicial order to disclose any Confidential Information, Employee will provide Employer with prompt written notice of any such request or requirement so that Employer may seek an appropriate protective order or waiver of Employee’s compliance with the provisions of this Section 11.
