Computation and Treatment of Fees. In computing any fees payable under this Section 2.4, the first day of the applicable period shall be included and the date of the payment shall be excluded. Without limitation, all fees payable under this Section 2.4 shall be fully earned when due, non-refundable when paid and shall be in addition to all other amounts which may be due to any member of the Lender Group from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
