Computation of Concentration Limit. Except as otherwise consented to in writing in the sole reasonable discretion of the Administrator and the Required Purchasers, in the case of any Obligor that is an Affiliate of any other Obligor, the Concentration Limit and the aggregate Unpaid Balance of Pool Receivables of such Obligors shall be calculated as if such Obligors were one Obligor.
