Computation of Fixed Charge. (Not as the part of the Tariff as the rate quoted is Xxx Xxx) 11.4.1 Subject to the provisions of this Clause 11.4, the Base Fixed Charge, as corrected for variation in WPI Index in accordance with Clause 11.3 shall be the Fixed Charge payable for Availability in each month of the relevant Accounting Year. 11.4.2 The obligations of the Utility to pay Fixed Charges in any Accounting Year shall in no case exceed an amount equal to the Fixed Charge due and payable for and in respect of the Normative Availability of 85% (eighty five per cent) computed with reference to the Contracted Capacity (the “Capacity Charge”).
