Computation of Fixed Charge. 11.4.1 Subject to the provisions of this Clause 11.4, the Base Fixed Charge, as corrected for variation in WPI Index in accordance with Clause 11.3 shall be the Fixed Charge payable for Availability in each month of the relevant Accounting Year.
