Computations and Remittances. All amounts due and owing hereunder shall be computed at the end of each month's operation and remittance for the same shall be made to Licensor on or before the tenth day of the following month accompanied by the reports provided for in Paragraph 9.4 hereof. The computation of said amounts, shall be certified by Licensee in the manner and form specified by Licensor and Licensee shall supply to Licensor such supporting or supplementary materials as Licensor may reasonably require to verify the accuracy of such remittances.
