Computations of Fees. All computations of Facility Fees, LC Fees and other Fees hereunder shall be made on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 360 days, unless based on the Base Rate, in which case they shall be calculated on the basis of a 365 or 366 day year, as applicable, for the actual days elapsed.
