Common use of Computer Files Marked Clause in Contracts

Computer Files Marked. The Seller shall have or shall have caused to have, at its own expense, on or prior to the Initial Closing Date and each Subsequent Closing Date, indicated in its computer files created in connection with the Receivables that the Receivables have been sold to XXXX pursuant to this Agreement and the First Step Receivables Assignments and deliver to XXXX the Schedule of Initial Receivables or Schedule of Additional Receivables, as applicable, certified by an officer of the Seller to be true, correct and complete.

Computer Files Marked. The Seller shall have or shall have caused to have, at its own expense, on or prior to the Initial Closing Date and each Subsequent Closing Date, indicated in its computer files created in connection with the Receivables that the Receivables have been sold to XXXX pursuant to this Agreement and the First Step Receivables Assignments Assignment and deliver to XXXX the Schedule of Initial Receivables or Schedule of Additional Receivables, as applicable, certified by an officer of the Seller to be true, correct and complete.
