Common use of Computer Files Marked Clause in Contracts

Computer Files Marked. NFC shall, at its own expense, on or prior to such Purchase Date, (i) indicate in its computer files created in connection with such Designated Receivables that such Designated Receivables have been sold to NFRRC pursuant to this Agreement and the related PA Assignment by NFC and (ii) deliver to NFRRC the Composite Schedule of Receivables certified by an officer of NFC to be true, correct and complete (as supplemented by the schedules to the related Subsequent Transfer PA Assignment).

Computer Files Marked. NFC shall, at its own expense, on or prior to such the Purchase Date, (i) indicate in its computer files created in connection with such the Designated Receivables that such the Designated Receivables have been sold by NFC to NFRRC pursuant to this Agreement and the related PA Assignment by NFC and (ii) deliver to NFRRC the Composite Schedule of Receivables Retail Notes certified by an officer of NFC to be true, correct and complete (as supplemented by the schedules to the related Subsequent Transfer PA Assignment)complete.
