Common use of Computer Files Marked Clause in Contracts

Computer Files Marked. GMAC shall, at its own expense, on or prior to the Closing Date, indicate in its computer files created in connection with the Receivables that the Receivables have been sold to XXXX pursuant to this Agreement and the First Step Receivables Assignment and deliver to XXXX the Schedule of Receivables certified by an officer of GMAC to be true, correct and complete.

Computer Files Marked. GMAC shall, at its own expense, on or prior to the Closing Date, indicate in its computer files created in connection with the Receivables that the Receivables have been sold to XXXX CXXX pursuant to this Agreement and the First Step Receivables Assignment and deliver to XXXX CXXX the Schedule of Receivables Receivables, certified by an officer of GMAC to be true, correct and complete.

GMAC shall, at its own expense, on or prior to the Initial Closing Date and each Additional Closing Date, indicate in its computer files created in connection with the Receivables that the Receivables have been sold to XXXX pursuant to this Agreement and the First Step Receivables Assignment Assignments and deliver to XXXX the Schedule of Initial Receivables or Schedule of Additional Receivables, as applicable, certified by an officer of GMAC to be true, correct and complete.

GMAC shall, at its own expense, on or prior to the Initial Closing Date and each Additional Closing Date, indicate in its computer files created in connection with the Receivables that the Receivables have been sold to XXXX CARI pursuant to this Agreement and the First Step Receivables Assignment Assignxxxxs and deliver to XXXX CARI the Schedule of Initial Receivables or Schedule of Additional Rexxxxables, as applicable, certified by an officer of GMAC to be true, correct and complete.
