Computer Generated Records. If the Contractor’s books and records have been generated from computerized data, the Contractor agrees to provide the Authority or its representative with extracts of the data files in a computer readable format on data disks, e-mail with attached files or suitable alternative computer data exchange formats. The Contractor shall not charge the Authority for retrieving, downloading to diskette, and/or printing any records or transactions stored in magnetic, optical, microform or other media.
Computer Generated Records. If the Concessionaire Tenant’s books and records have been generated from computerized data, the Concessionaire Tenant agrees to provide the City or its representative with extracts of the data files in a computer readable format on data disks, e-mail with attached files or suitable alternative computer data exchange formats. The Concessionaire Tenant shall not charge the City for retrieving, downloading to an electronic recording media, and/or printing any records or transactions stored in magnetic, optical, microform or other data storage media.
