COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. 43.1 Members of the Staff Association, who have been employed by Brescia for a minimum of two years in a full-time or part-time position, will be eligible for an interest free loan of up to $3,000 for the purchase of computer equipment. The loan will be repayable over 24 months, in equal installments by payroll deduction during each pay period. Staff must sign an agreement guaranteeing payment of any outstanding balance should they leave Brescia before repayment of the loan in full. This interest free loan will be considered a taxable benefit by Canada Revenue Agency. The application for a computer loan is available on the Brescia Intranet in ITS (Computer Purchase Agreement).
COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. The Employer agrees to provide a Computer Purchase Program for all permanent Employees of Chatham-Kent Children’s Services. At the beginning of each fiscal year the Employer will predetermine the amount of funds available for the express purpose of Employees purchasing computers for their private use. All purchases will be by payroll advance and reimbursement will be deducted from that Employees pay at a predetermined amount per pay for up to fifty-two (52) pay periods. Each Employee is free to select the computer and other options they so choose, however, the total maximum allowable amount through the payroll advance process is $2500 per Employee. COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. An employee may elect to purchase a computer by receiving a zero interest (0%) loan through the District's Employee Computer Purchase Assistance Program. The District retains the right to modify, change or cancel said program with a thirty (30) day notice to employees. Beginning 7/1/10 loans given by the District to an employee for a personal computer purchase will be at a % rate equal LAIF for the prior quarter. Interest rates will remain at that rate throughout the 2 year term of the loan. The cost of the computer will be repaid with interest by payroll deduction over the next 52 pay periods.
COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. Buyer will, subject to the consent of the effected employees, withhold the agreed portion of salary under the GTI Computer Purchase Program and remit such sums to Seller's Parent within 5 days of such withholding.
COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. If the employer runs a Computer Purchase Program Campaign for all other hourly employees at OLG Slots Georgian Downs within the duration of this Collective Agreement, then it will be offered to the employees in the bargaining unit on the same terms. Application and/or interpretation of the Program is within the discretion of the Employer and is not subject to a grievance.
COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. An employee may elect to purchase a computer for personal use by receiving a low-interest loan through the District's Employee Computer Purchase Assistance Program. The District retains the right to modify, change or cancel said program with a thirty (30) day notice to employees. Loans given by the District to an employee for a personal computer purchase will be at a percentage rate equal to the Local Agency Investment Fund (LAIF) for the prior quarter. Interest rates will remain at that rate throughout the two- year term of the loan. The cost of the computer will be repaid with interest by payroll deduction over the next fifty-two (52) pay periods. VISION INSURANCE The District shall provide vision insurance at no cost to the employee, and his/her dependents. Vision insurance plan will provide coverage characterized as “12/12/12, $10/$25/$130 Allowance.” Plan documents are on file with the District’s benefits administration office and will be provided to employees upon request. 457 DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN Effective the first full pay period of January 2020, the District shall contribute $50.17 per pay period to each employee enrolled in the District’s ICMA-RC 457 Plan. WELLNESS PROGRAM Since its adoption in 2010, the federal Affordable Care Act has specifically recognized the importance of employer engagement in promoting employee health and reducing risks of chronic disease or injury. Consistent with this important public policy, the District offers a voluntary wellness program, consisting of reimbursement of up to five-hundred dollars ($500) per fiscal year for an employee’s wellness-related expenditures. Reimbursement may be made for a range of programs intended to improve and promote employee health and fitness, including gym memberships, smoking cessation, diabetes management, weight loss programs, and preventative health screenings. Employees must submit all requests for reimbursement no later than July 31 of each year for expenses incurred during the preceding fiscal year (July 1 through June 30); and may also be required to submit supporting information demonstrating that the content of the program promotes health and/or reduces risks of chronic disease or injury. The General Manager’s approval or denial of any reimbursement request will be made in writing and is final.
COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. A no interest loan for the purchase of computers and computer related equipment will be provided by Raytheon to the employee. The maximum amount Raytheon will lend the employee towards the purchase of these items is $7,500. The minimum purchase in this program is $1,000 with a maximum 78 week repayment period. By receiving this interest free loan, the employee authorises Raytheon to deduct repayments from the employee's wages, and if necessary to deduct any outstanding balance of this loan assistance from any monies payable on termination of employment.
COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. The City of Xxxxxxx has established a computer purchase loan program for its employees. The City encourages the use of computers by employees, where such use will result in a more efficient use of time and an improved work product. City personnel will have the opportunity to acquire desktop and laptop computers and accessories that will enhance their personal and professional skills. Participation in the loan program is voluntary and subject to the following conditions: • Eligible employees may receive a loan of up to $2,000 (Two Thousand Dollars) for the purchase of a computer (desktop or laptop), printer, digital camera, software and other related equipment as provided under the minimum standards as defined under City policy. The specific items to be purchased must be approved in advance by the City Administrator (or his designee). • The equipment must meet minimum standards established by the City: Minimum standards are subject to revision by the City as necessary to maintain current technology. Revision to the standards will be via changes to City policy approved by City Council. • The term of the loan shall be 24 months and interest free. The loan repayment schedule shall generally start with the payroll period following the month in which the City paid for the equipment. • The Finance Department will deduct payments from the employee’s paycheck as provided for in the individual agreement repayment schedule (generally in equal installments). The employee may make payments in excess of the minimum necessary to satisfy the loan in 24 months. • The loan agreement, included as an exhibit in the original 1998 Resolution No. 47 approving the loan program must be signed. The loan agreement is included in the City policy and may be changed immaterially from time to time based on the circumstances of a particular loan. • The Security Agreement, included as an exhibit in the original 1998 Resolution approving the loan program must be signed. The Security Agreement is included in the City policy and may be changed immaterially from time to time based on the circumstances of a particular loan to adequately identify the security of the loan. • The Computer Loan Program was originally incorporated into the MOU between the City and GPOA in the 1998-1999 fiscal year by reference and was previously included as Exhibit D of the 2005-2008 MOU.
COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. The City's interest-free computer loan program has an amount of $30,000, available in the loan pool. See the Employee Computer Purchase Assistance Program in the City's Personnel Policies & procedures Manual.
COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM. It is agreed that if any state sponsored computer program is offered by DAS to any other state employees at any future time by the state, bargaining unit employees will be afforded the same and equal program benefit.
