Computer Software Licenses. Vendor agrees to specifically identify to FHI 360 any and all computer software licenses (“including shrink- wrap”) conveyed to FHI 360. The Vendor agrees that any and all computer software developed in the performance of this order using FHI 360 monies shall, unless otherwise agreed, become and remain the property of FHI 360.
