While we do our best to minimize disruptions to our internet ser- vices, website, phone system and any other component of our computer system, disruptions may occur on a planned and un- planned basis. We strive to restrict such disruptions to non-busi- ness hours, but are not always able to do so. In the event of planned disruptions (for upgrades and repairs), we may provide advanced notice and assist you when contacted during business hours. In the event of unplanned disruptions (caused by natural disasters or other emergencies or problems), we have taken every precaution to protect your information and funds, and will be work- ing to restore our internet services, website or computer system to normal operations as soon as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience a disruption causes you, and greatly appre- ciate your patience and understanding.
