If possible, quantify the extent of the coverage and specify the type of procedures used (negative/positive confirmations, subsequent cash receipts), noting any issues. Obtain a copy of the Management Letter (if any) prepared in conjunction with the [XX/XX/XX] FYE financial audit of the Servicer.
