Computer Warranty Sample Clauses

Computer Warranty. All warranties include phone access to technical support and full coverage on labor, parts and system repair for all manufacturer defects or common-use issues that arise with your computer. If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, at ISA’s discretion, ISA will dispatch a certified technician to attempt repair of your machine at your location or a replacement will be sent. This service provides parts and labor repair coverage where labor is provided on-site at your place of business.

Computer Warranty. The computer system shall come with an extended warranty of at least three years, after completion of acceptance testing, next business day, on-site, covering all hardware systems. The contractor shall provide a placard detailing the computer warranty details and expiration date. The contractor shall affix the placard to the computer. System Refresh Rate Design the control and acquisition system to safely acquire and process data to ensure safe operation or 20 samples or scans per second (excluding temperature measurement), whichever is greater. Replace Host Computer Software The contractor shall replace the Host Computer Software.
