Common use of Concentration Limits Clause in Contracts

Concentration Limits. Such Container, when considered with all other Eligible Containers owned by the Issuer, satisfies the Concentration Limits; and

Concentration Limits. Such Container, when considered with all other Eligible Containers then owned by the Issuer (including those Containers designated to be transferred to the Issuer), as the case may be, satisfies the Concentration Limits; and;

Concentration Limits. Such Container, when considered with all other Eligible Issuer Containers owned by (including any Issuer Containers designated to be transferred to the Issuer, as the case may be), satisfies the Concentration Limits; and;
